Wesleyan University Library welcomes your advice for additions to the
monographic collections. Here are several other ways to make your
suggestions known:
- An ELECTRONIC REQUEST can be sent via
BOOKS IN PRINT as mounted
on the Wesleyan
University Library home page, on the
Indexes & Databases page. With the record of the book which you
believe the libraries should own displayed on the screen, click the
"E-mail" link on the lower right hand side of the page. When you select
that link, an online form linked to that book's record will appear on your
screen. Complete the form as follows. The "E-mail Address of Recipient"
should be valued as: acq@wesleyan.edu. Be sure to add your name and E-mail
address in the "Comments" box if you wish to be notified.
- E-MAIL REQUESTS may be sent directly to Acquisitions via
acq@wesleyan.edu. Be sure to include
the following information: author, title, ISBN number, publisher, date of
publication, price, and series title (if any). Indicate whether you would
like to be notified when an item arrives.
- Alternatively, ORDER REQUEST CARDS may be obtained by campus
mail or in person from Margery May (x3834 or
mmay@wesleyan.edu) of the
Acquisitions Dept., ground floor, Olin Library. The request cards should
be filled out completely with the same information as required for e-mail
requests. They may be returned to Margery May by campus mail or in person.
- ORIGINAL SOURCE MATERIALS (catalogues, publishers'
advertisements, etc) may be sent directly to Margery May in the
Acquisitions Department, Olin Library. Circle the titles which you would
like the library to acquire. Please indicate if you would like to be
notified when an item arrives.
