1. Open quicktime Pro and choose File > open URL and type the rtsp address of the file

2. Choose File Export... in the first pull down menu choose Export: Movie to QuickTime Media Link. Sin the appropriate Media lrc folder. The resulting qtl file points to the actual QuickTime movie ready for streaming.

3. Link with http to the qtl file.
