creating a qtl file for quicktime streaming

1. open quicktime Pro and choose File > open URL and type the rtsp address of the file

2. choose save as normal allowing dependencies and the file should be a small .mov file that conventionally, is called like the file it's pointing to with and ends with _ref.mov

3. link with http to the ref file.
