Steps involved include dragging the files into the right folder, then working with Dreamweaver to make links to these files from a web page on the online materials web site and uploading the files and updated web pages.
1. putting the files in the correct folder.
locate the "media" folder on the desktop
drag the files in the appropriate folder within the "media" folder
Note: if the files are going to be streamed, they have to be put in the "real"
folder.
2. Making links to the files
launch Dreamweaver and make sure you are connected to the right site by choosing
from the menu bar: Site > Open Site > media.
the following window appears and shows you the web site files. (the left window
shows the files on the server when connected).
