From the top menu bar, choose go > connect to
server...

In the box that appears, type afp://condor.wesleyan.edu
as shown below and click Connect

You will be prompted to enter you condor
username and password (as a default, it’s set to your email username and
password but if you changed your email password, it might not be the same
anymore).
A dialogue box will appear asking you to mount, click yes and go on, you
should now see a grey icon with you username
on the desktop.
Important 1: The first time you work
on the web site, you will have to set Golive to be the default application
to open your web files (.html). Do the following:
- click once on one of the html files in your web space
- choose file > get info and choose the “open with” option (most
probably, safari is the default)
- select Adobe Golive from the popup menu and click the “change all”
button underneath. Now all the html files that you double click should
open with Golive.
Important 2: If you work with other files to be included in
your pages (ie: images, videos, sound files), make sure you drag these
files into the web space so they are on the server. If you leave images on
the desktop, you will be able to see them when editing the page but not on
the web since the file will not be on the server.
To make a link, highlight the part that you want to
be linked and click the new link icon in the inspector window (note:
if you cannot see the inspector window, choose window > inspector and
it will appear.
In order to ensure consistency, many web sites use
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) which define fonts, sizes etc. In order to
apply styles to text, highlight the text and click the style you want to
apply in the CSS window (note: if you
cannot see the CSS window, choose window > CSS and it will appear.)
With the text highlighted, check the appropriate box in the appropriate
style (eg: top links and Par)
