Davenport - 222 Church Street

The overall goal of renovating Davenport which was currently a campus center which housed the Wesleyan post office and several dining areas and kitchens, is to utilize an historic and centrally located building that will enrich the campus and address the needs within the Social Sciences.  By adding faculty offices and teaching spaces this will help relieve the overcrowding in the Public Affairs Center (PAC) located at 238 Church Street.  This will also create new space for two new programs, the Center for the Study of Public Life and the Quantitative Analysis Center.

The approximate area of construction for the four levels is 28,328 gross square feet.
