Renovations to approximately 165,000 sq. ft. of 10 buildings will improve life safety and quality for 520 undergraduate students.  Project Manager, Robert Schmidt of PMG has been working closely with Standard Builders, VanZelm Heywood & Shadford Inc. and Charney Architects to determine the scope which includes, new fire alarm and sprinkler, key card access, exterior porch railing modifications, exterior trim painting, interior finish upgrades including lighting, built in furniture removal, new furniture, and the renovation of four storage spaces to create program common space.
