Student Senior Housing

The objective, based on the residential living philosophy, is to represent the progression from collective to more independent living.  "Progressively Independent Living."  The Senior Level Student Houses will provide an environment popular with students and will complement the existing neighborhood.  This project accomplishes the Masterplanning Principles of A Firmly-Rooted Sense of Place, A Well-Connected Community, and Reaffirms the Wesleyan identity.

Phase III Senior Student Houses: The proposed project site consists of two lots on Fountain Avenue and Pine Street.  The scope includes the construction of two residential structures which will house 30 students in six units.  Both structures will be designed in a manner to blend in with fabric of the surrounding neighborhood.  Each unit will include: single bed rooms, one living room, one dining area, one kitchen, and full bathrooms.
