The Wesleyan McNair Scholars Program serves students in their second, third, and fourth semesters, and provides activities, workspace, peers, and mentors to help prepare them to become Fellows in their later years.  
McNair Scholar activities include:

• Opening picnic
• Weekly meetings with McNair staff covering materials such as:

• Fall McNair research talks (by Wesleyan faculty)
• End of semester off-campus event

McNair Scholars can apply for funds to allow research hours to count toward their work-study allotment.
