Theoretical and computational chemistry, molecular quantum mechanics, statistical thermodynamics, molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo computer simulation; DNA dynamical structure and axis bending, protein structure prediction, protein DNA interactions, ligand binding to macromolecules.
