Welseyan SingersWesleyan Concert Choir

This choral ensemble welcomes members of both Wesleyan and Middletown communities and is devoted to performance of standard choral literature from all eras, both accompanied and a cappella. All members of the choir are expected to have satisfactory music reading skills. Solo and leadership opportunities will be provided for advanced singers.

Audition Information

Welcome to Wesleyan Concert Choir!
Just so we do not to spend the entire first class period on auditions, I invite you to sign up for a brief, informal, meet-and-greet audition prior to the first rehearsal. There are no specific requirements for the audition; we will simply go through several warm-up exercises to determine the range and flexibility of your voice (a placement audition). If none of the times available fit into your schedule, please, DO ATTEND the first rehearsal anyway (we will jump right into singing!) AND make an individual appointment with me for a later date. Members of the Fall 2013 Concert Choir do NOT have to re-audition.
