Wesleyan's 176th Commencement Ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. May 25 on Andrus Field. A reception celebrating the Class of 2008 will take place immediately following the Commencement ceremony. For more information visit wesleyan.edu/rc.

Family Concert Benefits GSAC
Steve Roslonek '93 a.k.a. "Steve Songs" has been writing and performing his award-winning music for kids and families for the past 10 years. Songs will perform from 3 to 4:30 p.m. May 24 at Crowell Concert Hall. He blends participatory songs, clever stories and great melodies to create what the Boston Globe called "not just a musical journey but an entertaining, interactive and educational one." A milk and cookie reception to follow. All proceeds benefit the Scholarship Fund for the Afterschool Program at the Green Street Arts Center. Admission is $15. Szegedy-Maszak Discusses Oresteia
Andrew Szegedy-Maszak, the Jane A. Seney Professor of Greek, professor of classical studies, will present highlights from Aeschylus' Oresteia trilogy June 7 at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles, Calif. He and a company of local actors will collaborate on a staged reading, with scholarly commentary, to capture the key themes and events of this great tragedy.
