ELECTRIC POWER:
Representatives from DaimlerChrysler provided demonstrations of Global
Electric Motor (GEM) cars during Environmental Awareness Day March 30.
The vehicle is powered on six, 12-volt batteries.
Wesleyan is planning to purchase two of these vehicles; one will be used
for campus mail.
