Former Office of the Registrar employees Lois Smith and Verna Ellan share a popcorn at the staff picnic. Smith retired in 1997, Ellan in 1996.
"Strummy the Clown" morphs Mason Swindal, 4, into Spiderman during the picnic. Face painting, games and balloon animals were available for the 350 registered children. Mason is the grandson of Jill Swindal, nursing coordinator for the Health Services Department.
