THE WATER HOLE:
Al Green, irrigation technician for Wesleyan contractor Green Turf,
replaces a section of the Andrus Field irrigation system June 3. A pipe
was damaged during Reunion & Commencement Weekend in May. "This happens
just about every year after commencement," he says, blaming the tents'
support poles. "You know it's broke when the ground above is all wet."
