PHYSICS COLLOQUIUM: The Physics Department held its 37th annual
Bertman Colloquium May 4 to celebrate student and faculty
accomplishments in the department. Physics Department Chair
Lutz Hüwel, pictured speaking, coordinated the colloquium.
Professor William Stwalley from the
University of Connecticut was the colloquium's distinguished speaker. He spoke on "Ultracold
Molecules". Among many other recognitions, Stwalley was awarded the 2005
Connecticut Medal of Science by Governor Rell for his outstanding
