T'AI CHI DAY: The Hun Yuan T’ai Chi Academy's Master Zhang Zhaoxun hosted World T'ai Chi Qigong Day events April 28 at the Center for the Arts green. The event was held in honor an annual event celebrated by 60 nations on six continents, where public demonstrations of T'ai Chi and Qigong are presented to broaden the awareness of their health benefits.

Master Zhang, right, demonstrates T'ai Chi applications with T'ai Chi practitioner and acupuncturist Stan Baker. Master Zhang has a growing connection with Wesleyan's students, faculty and staff, many of whom attend weekly classes on campus. The audience was invited to participate in the workshops and demonstrations.
