Plays. The plays were written by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright
Suzan-Lori Parks. Since November 2006, this year of new plays has been
debuting across the country and Wesleyan was one of 52 universities
nation-wide to take part in the project.
Isabella Nakazawa '08 performs a spoken-word
performance on Feb. 6 in Feb. 8 in Pi Cafe. In addition to the plays on campus, Wesleyan
presented a town-wide festival, which included workshops, performances,
lectures, demonstrations and discussions for the public. For more
