Kitchen: Thinking About Cooking" at Green Street Arts Center Feb. 17.
Finn demonstrated how to prepare, cook --
and flip -- omelets. He is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute.
Finn was assisted by several volunteers,
including Johanna Goetzel '07, left. Twenty-seven people attended the monthly series, designed to introduce the creativity of Wesleyan faculty to the
