CHEESE, PLEASE: Wesleyan's Long Lane Farm and the Student Activities and Leadership Development group sponsored a farmer's market outside the Davenport Campus Center May 3. Local farmers, bakers and chefs offered their products such as cheese, herbs, jam, baked goods, bee products and marinades.

Some vendors offered free samples to market patrons. The event was open to the Wesleyan and local community with the intent to raise awareness about local agriculture. Most of the vendors sold out completely and requested the market be brought back next year.
