ENVIRONMENTAL OPTIONS : Barry Chernoff, director of the Environmental Studies Certificate Program (ESCP), Robert Schumann Professor of Environmental Studies, professor of biology, speaks to 14 undergraduates about the ESCP Oct. 9 in Woodhead Lounge. Chernoff says topics under the program include global climate change, a creation of sustainable economy, population growth, clean water and air, biodiversity, food production, environmental justice and responsible environmental policies among industrial and commercial enterprises.
