TUITION TRANSITION:
Jenna Yang '09 attends the Tuition Transition celebration March 26
in the the Suzanne Lemberg Usdan University Center. After this date,
tuition grants from alumni, parents and friends of Wesleyan begin
supporting every student's education for the remainder of the semester.

Sandy Tello '06, assistant director of
regional programs and networks, explains how the transition works to
Erik Gonzalez '09. Wesleyan's annual cost per student is $66,000 for
tuition, room and board. Students are responsible for $47,000 of this
amount, and tuition grants from alumni, parents and friends through the
Wesleyan Fund and endowment pick up the additional $19,000 per student
every year. |

The Wesleyan Cardinal made an appearance for
the Tuition Transition celebration. Hundreds of students gathered near
the information booth for the celebration.
