addition of new content or navigation, and photo updates. Hourly rates
apply. An estimate of charges will be provided at the outset of each
project.

New Media Projects
These web projects
incorporate Flash, audio, video or multimedia production and include
animations, screensavers and slideshows. An hourly charge applies, so the
total cost depends on the scope of the project. Freelance help may be
necessary, depending on the nature of the project, and is billed at cost.
After an initial meeting to establish the scope, we will estimate the total
cost and recommend a schedule.
Charges
There are two rates for services
provided: a professional rate of $60/hr and a student rate of $15/hr. Rush
projects incur a flat fee of $100. A cost estimate will be provided before
work begins unless specified below. Below is a listing of scenarios that can
incur charges.
-
Additional designs requested
after the first two rounds.
-
Additional templates
requested after project scope established.
-
Changes to navigation,
graphics or imagery after a design has been approved.
-
Original photography
requested. Photo shoots are charged (when applicable) at $240 for a
1/2 day or $480 for a full day.
-
A project is initiated and
scheduled, yet remains idle for more than two months due to client
inactivity. This will incur a flat fee of $100.
-
A design is approved and
templates created, yet the client fails to implement the site for more than
four months. This will incur a charge of $60/hr for work done.
-
A project is canceled or its
scope changes after designs are created. This will incur a charge of $60/hr
for work done.
