Applying to the Program
Eligibility
Students must have the equivalent of one year of college level Spanish,
either as a result of having studied the language in high school or elsewhere,
or by having taken SPAN 101 and 102 at Wesleyan. Students from other institutions
are welcome to apply.
Tuition and Fees
The Fall 2006 program fee will be determined in early April. The fee includes round
trip transportation on group flight, housing, cultural activities, and most meals.
The Students
should budget an additional sum of at least $1,500 for their personal needs,
and additional funds if they plan extensive travel during the break.
Application
Students submit the application
form (Wesleyan’s application form, also available in Fisk 105) and
a letter of recommendation, preferably from a member of the faculty, specifically
for this program, by March 1 2006, to:
