Dear Parents:
As the beginning of the academic year draws near, we'd like to introduce you to E-Parents at Wesleyan, a periodic e-mail program designed to provide you with time-sensitive information on an upcoming campus event, an approaching deadline, a periodic process (i.e. course registration), or an important point in the academic cycle (i.e. final exams or a scheduled campus break).In addition to a hearty welcome, this message addresses tuition billing and payments.
All billing statement notifications for tuition and other University charges are sent directly to your student's Wesleyan e-mail address. Statements can be viewed online via the secure E-Billing website, accessible through the student electronic portfolio.
On the E-Billing site, students may set up multiple authorized payers (parents, spouse, etc.) who can then view statements and make online payments. A student will need the e-mail address of the authorized payer to complete the setup process.
If you have been designated as an authorized payer by your student, an email message will be sent to you with a link , taking you directly to the secure E-Billing website. There you can log in by typing your user name and password as provided by your student.
Once established as an authorized payer, you may also access the e-billing site from the parents home page at www.wesleyan.edu/parents by clicking on the Tuition E-Billing Website for Authorized Payers link in the Of Note section on the right side of the page.
Tuition and fees for the fall semester are due on August 15, 2007.
