Dear Butterfield Residents,

Due to the Butterfield renovation project this summer, all residents will need to be moved out of the buildings by noon on Saturday, May 19, 2012. Construction crews will begin work that day.  If you are approved to stay on-campus for Reunion and Commencement, University summer housing, or Summer Session, we will transition you to another building and this information will be communicated to you in advance.  

We wanted to let you know as soon as possible so you could start making plans with your families or friends to assist with your move.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
