Subject: Easter and Passover Programs and Services


 The following are events and programs being offered this week by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life:


Passover Events and Programs:

    • How to Have a Transformative Seder/Passover Experience (Workshop):  Join Rabbi David on Monday, March 30, at 5:00pm in the ORSL Lounge at 169 High St. to discuss how to make this year's Seder more liberating than last year's. 

    • Jewish Passover Seder I:  Friday, April 3, 6:00pm, location .  The Seder is a community celebration that celebrates the Jewish People’s liberation from Egypt. Join us for singing, great discussions and a whole lot of fun.  Please RSVP by noon on April 2 to Britt at  

    • Jewish Passover “Seder-To-Go”: On Saturday, April 4, you choose your friends and the location, we’ll supply the food, matza, grape juice, Seder plate, and the Haggadot (Passover Manual), all available at Shalom Salaam/ “Kosher”. For more info, please contact


Christian Holy Week Services:

    • Ecumenical Christian Good Friday Program:  We will gather on Friday, April 3, 7:00pm in Usdan 108 to be in community with one another as we recall the Passion story.

    • Sunrise Easter Mass:  Join the Catholic community on Sunday, April 5, 6:00am in Zelnick Pavilion for an Easter Sunrise Mass.

    • Protestant Easter Service:  Join us on Sunday, April 5, 11:00am for a joyful Easter Service with Communion in Memorial Chapel with a reception to follow in Zelnick Pavilion.

    • Catholic Easter Mass:  Celebrate Easter at Mass on Sunday, April 5, 7:00pm in Memorial Chapel.
