The WesCard is your student's official
University ID Card. Students should keep the card with them while on campus.
WesCard technology allows your student to use the card for
access requirements while at Wesleyan, and many retail and service
transactions both on campus and in the Middletown Community.
The Card Magnetic Stripe is encoded with information that allows students
access to on-campus dining facilities as part of their campus meal plans.
The stripe is also separately encoded with information that allows students
and their designated users to create a cash pool (the Middletown Cash
Program) for use at participating on-campus and off-campus merchants. For
more comprehensive information about the WesCard program, go to
www.wesleyan.edu/wescard.
Access the WesCard Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at
onlinecardoffice.com/wesleyan
to deactivate a lost WesCard; deposit money on the Card (via
credit card only); review cash and points balances for the two WesCard
accounts, Middletown Cash and Wesleyan meal plan accounts;
and find locations where WesCard can be used.
Deposits to both accounts (Meal Plan points or Middletown Cash)
can also be made via mail by sending a check or money order payment to
the WesCard office at the following address.
