Place a Work Order

The Customer Service Center is the information conduit for Physical Plant and special projects. 

Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday

Location: 170 Long Lane - Cady Building

Urgent or Emergency Service after hours or weekends: call Public Safety at (860) 685-2345

Repair and service requests:

 - urgent or emergency requests please call (860) 685-3400
   
 - routine requests please email work_order@wesleyan.edu 

When emailing a work-order request please include the following information:

  • name
  • wesid
  • phone number
  • account number (if billable)
  • department
  • location (building and room number)
All requests are logged and monitored. Customer Service can also answer questions about Physical Plant and its services. Please report all routine maintenance to them.
