Content Area Reading in Science for the Middle Grades
Jan. 27, Feb. 10, Mar. 3 & 31, Apr. 28 (May 5 Snow Date)
8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
262 Barnard Hall, CCSU

Please Note: the MSP grant does not provide for meals with this course. Please bring a lunch or snack with you to the class.

Textbooks have been ordered for this class. You will receive them the first day of class.

Parking for the first class, January 27, is permitted in the Student Center Lot. Plan to arrive early as it is a brief walk to Barnard Hall. CCSU will be making special accommodations for LAMSS teachers to register for their student ID (the Blue Chip Card) and a parking pass immediately following the first day of class. Please plan to remain on campus after the class to take advantage of this opportunity. Otherwise, you will need to make a separate trip to campus on another day to get your ID and parking pass. The Card Office is not normally open on Saturdays -- they are opening it January 27 for our class!  Be sure to bring your license plate number with you to register for parking! A photo ID is also required (driver's license or passport). Once you have a parking pass, you will be able to park in Welty Garage which is next to Barnard Hall. Dr. Abadiano will distribute parking passes during the second class -- so you will need to park in the Student Center Lot for the second class.

A campus map for CCSU can be accessed online at:
