Replace hallway carpeting, paint corridor walls/ceilings, replace common area lighting and common area emergency lighting and replace smoke detectors. Demo closet in existing 2-bed units and install new ceiling lighting in common area. Install wall hung counters to eliminate kitchen tables. Replace all sprinkler heads in units with new quick response heads. Replace all ceiling lighting. Install new wall switches for all new lighting installed. Replace all smoke detectors with new. Replace existing t-stats with lite-stats. Install access panels and shut offs for all supplies in chase in bathrooms and kitchens. Provide strapping and anchorage for fin tube radiation.
