The Office of the
University Coordinator, located in the Russell House, 350 High Street,
schedules all campus venues with the exception of the Center for the
Arts and athletic facilities. We can assist in planning your event,
suggest appropriate spaces, order the delivery of furniture or rental
items and coordinate audio/visual, technical or custodial support and
food service. We can also help to avoid scheduling conflicts by
providing information about programs planned by other departments
