Thank you for submitting your work request to Physical Plant. Your request will
be entered into a computerized maintenance management system and addressed as
soon as possible, subject to department work load. A routine work order request
may take 10 business days or longer to complete. Please make sure you fill out
the form accurately with all information requested below.
