Alumni Editors of Mind Matters

Samuel Duncan
Editor-in-Chief
smduncan@wesleyan.edu

Sam is a recent graduate from Wesleyan University, having majored in History and Psychology. He brought experience from his role as an editor of Historical Narratives, Wesleyan's undergraduate history journal, and from his research in the Decision Making Lab. He ended his Wesleyan stay working for Wesleyan's Writing Program as a Ford Fellow.

Arthur Sugden
Senior editor
asugden@wesleyan.edu

Arthur is a junior majoring in psychology, astronomy, and possibly physics. He enjoys design and layout (and created this website) and is particularly interested in psychopathology and testing. Please email him with jobs requiring either web design or layout.

Sarah Elgart
Senior Editor
selgart@wesleyan.edu

Sarah is a senior psychology major with an emphasis in neuroscience and cognitive psychology. She brings a strong biological expertise to the group, allowing a wider possible submissions base for the journal. She has spent time performing psychology research in human memory at Wesleyan and in sleep deprivation at Upenn. We're deeply saddened that she'll be graduating to our alumni list at the end of this semester.

Steven Wengrovitz
Senior Editor
swengrovitz@wesleyan.edu

Currently pursuing a M.A. in psychology at Wesleyan, Steve graduated from Wesleyan with a B.A. in psychology and government in 2006. Steve is especially interested in decision making, political psychology, cross-cultural differences, and other aspects of cognitive and social psychology. Outside of the classroom and lab, Steve enjoys running, playing tennis, and jokes he (and only he) thinks are funny.
Perhaps most importantly to us, along with Sam Duncan, he founded the Mind Matters Journal.
