Listed below is a summary of the various manufacturers that our key suppliers represent.  This list is not a complete list of all products but is a list of the agreements that are most widely used. If your department has an on-going need for products or services, please contact Ken McGraw at extension 3788 to request information about other agreements. 

These agreements were put into place to help departments get lower prices through quantity discounts. University departments are encouraged to purchase from these agreements. If the agreements are not utilized, vendors are reluctant to offer quantity discounts for future bids and the advantages gained through quantity purchases are lost. Another advantage to having these contracts/agreements in place, is that separate bid requests do not need to be issued, thus saving time.
