Children's Meals | Vegan/Vegetarian Meals
Please make reservations on the
enclosed registration form or online for
all meals you and your guests plan to
attend during the Weekend (except for
the Saturday Picnic on Foss Hill).
Meal tickets will not be mailed in
advance; you will receive the
appropriate meal tickets when you stop
by the Check-in and Hospitality site to
obtain your Reunion & Commencement
Weekend arrival packet.
If you do not
purchase meals in advance, we cannot
guarantee that there will be meals
available. There may be a limited
number of extra meal tickets available
on a first-come, first-served basis
during the weekend at the Check-in and
Hospitality site (Office of Alumni
Relations, 330 High Street). To help us
plan accurately, and to ensure you are
not disappointed, please register as
early as possible and not later than May
10. We cannot guarantee that
registrations postmarked after May 10
will be processed prior to the weekend.
Registrations postmarked after May 10
will be assessed a $25 fee.
You may register
for all lunches and dinners on the
enclosed form or via the Web. Breakfast
may be purchased at the Campus Center
Grill and does not require advance
registration.
Note: There
is no charge for the Saturday picnic
lunch held during the Festival on Foss
Hill; therefore, registration for this
meal is not required.
CHILDREN'S MEALS
Children
aged 12 or under (not participating in
the Camp Cardinal Preschool or
Children’s Programs) are welcome to
attend the Friday picnic lunch and
Friday All-College Dinner free of
charge. For planning purposes,
everyone—including those attending
free of charge—must register in
advance for meals.
VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN MEALS
A vegetarian or vegan alternative is provided at every meal.
