All
alumni, parents, and their guests are
encouraged to use the Middlesex Mutual
parking garage (see Hours of Operation
below), located two blocks from campus
at the junction of Court and Main
Streets or the Vine Street parking lot
(adjacent to the tennis courts) during
Reunion & Commencement Weekend.
Shuttle
service will be available throughout the
weekend and will circulate regularly
between the parking lots, the Check-in
and Hospitality site, the residence
halls, and all event sites on campus.
Post-party shuttle service wll also be
available during and immediately
following the Alumni Music Series at
Eclectic on Friday night and the
Rockapella concert and all-campus DJ
party at Andrus Field on Saturday
evening.
If
you require transportation for an
individual with disabilities or an
elderly person, please call the Check-in
and Hospitality site (860/685-2802) at
least one half-hour before the ride is
needed.
Parking
spaces behind North and South Colleges
and behind the Romance Languages
building (300 High Street, formerly
Alpha Chi Rho) have been reserved for
WESeniors (Classes of 1918-1951).
Special parking permits for individuals
with disabilities are available at the
Check-in site.
Please
note: Due to the Saturday Parade, there
will be no parking on the west side of
High Street (between College and Church
Streets) from Friday at noon until
Saturday at noon. Also, High Street and
Wyllys Avenue will be closed to traffic
on Saturday from 11 a.m.-noon.
