Reunion Class Members Weekend Essentials
Reunion Headquarters
Reunion classes will have space reserved for casual
gatherings with classmates and special class exhibits (message boards, collages,
artwork, and performances). These alumni lounges will be the best place to find
your classmates, take a break from the weekend activities, or congregate between
events. Bars will be open at all class headquarters throughout the weekend.
Saturday Night Reunion Class
Dinners
The Class Dinner on Saturday night is often the highlight
of the weekend. We encourage all alumni with children to utilize Camp
Cardinal (Wesleyan’s on-campus childcare program) throughout the evening so they can
enjoy dinner, spend time with friends, and take advantage of late-night parties.
Each Reunion class is encouraged to invite members of the
faculty or administration to join them for their Class Reception and Dinner. If
there is someone you would like to see, please contact a member of your class
committee or Makaela Steinberg ’98, associate director of alumni relations, at
860/685-3836 or
mjsteinberg@wesleyan.edu.
Cash bars will be available at all luncheons, dinners,
and campus parties.
Reunion Class Photos
Group photos of the following Reunion classes will be
taken during the Reunion Class Receptions on Saturday, May 24. Exact times and
locations will be included in the final brochure provided at Registration.
Copies of class photos can be ordered on the enclosed registration form or
online. Photos will be mailed to you during the summer.

1926 through 1952), 1938, 1943, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978
Accommodations
Hotels and Motels
Alumni are strongly encouraged to make reservations at
the hotel where their class has blocked rooms—even if they plan to request
campus housing. Rooms are limited, and there is a high demand placed on area
lodging during the holiday weekend. When calling a hotel, make sure to request
the “Wesleyan Reunion” block of rooms.
The reservation cancellation cutoff date for all blocked
hotel rooms is April 22.

Residence Halls on Campus
For alumni and their guests who prefer to stay on campus,
Reunion classes will be housed together in the Foss Hill and Clark Hall
Residence Hall areas. Priority for the newly renovated Clark Hall will be given
to WESeniors (the Classes of 1926–1952). Residence hall space is limited and
available on a first-come, first-served basis. A $25 refundable key deposit will
be required when you obtain your housing assignment and key at the Registration
site (Office of Alumni and Parent Relations, 330 High Street).
If you request on-campus housing you will ONLY be
notified in advance if you do NOT secure a residence hall room. If you do not
receive on-campus housing, you will be refunded your housing fee when
bookkeeping is complete in late June.
***NOTE: As of the May 12 registration deadline,
on-campus housing is nearly sold out. Only a very limited number of
rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis once on-site
registration opens (beginning Thursday, May 22 at 9 a.m.).***
What to Bring
Keep in mind that residence hall rooms are basic, with
little furniture or creature comforts. There are no private baths; each floor
shares a community bath with women on one floor and men on another. A linen
packet, including sheets, blanket, pillow, and towel is provided for each bed.
The Foss Hill Residence halls are not air-conditioned (Clark Hall is); all beds
are twin-sized. You might want to bring a reading lamp, hangers, small fan,
alarm clock, hair dryer, mirror, iron, and/or extra blankets or pillows if
needed. Extra blankets are also available at the Registration site.
Residence Hall Room Assignments
If you wish to be assigned to a room adjacent to a
classmate (or classmates), you and all other parties involved must make the
request when you register.
We will do our best to fulfill your request. Room assignments will be available
when you pick up your welcome packet at the Registration site.
