The phrase has remained a mantra for many today who regularly reevaluate their personal goals, and life’s work. These savvy professionals feel confident reinventing and repackaging themselves—even changing course all together, as their interests and needs change. He is a certified job and career transition coach and is currently writing a book on career management. Cornelia B. McCann ’76, Wesleyan Trustee, and Managing Director of Spencer Stuart’s North American Financial Services Practice, has led a wide range of searches for senior executives. Jennifer Karlin ’99 and Amelia Borofsky ’99, authors whose recent book ReGeneration looks at the lives of today’s “twentysomethings,” and notes, among other things, their changing expectations about work. Lynn Povich P ’03 is Co-chair of the International Women’s Media Foundation, and former Managing Editor/Senior Executive Producer of MSNBC, responsible for internet programming with NBC News.
