Throughout the year you will be able to check this page for updated information regarding the weekend’s events and logistical details—including who’s planning to be there, progress with our 40^th Reunion Gift, class specific events and more.

Class of 1969 40th Reunion Gift

This year, in honor of reunion, the class is hoping to raise $350,000 through the Wesleyan Fund with 70% participation in generous gifts of all sizes. The contributions will support the University’s highest priorities including financial aid. Click here to make your gift today!

Reunion Accommodations

The Class of 1969 currently has rooms reserved under the “Wesleyan Reunion” block at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Glastonbury, CT, with a rate of $139 per night. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at (860) 652-8111 and must be made by April 1, 2009 to receive this special rate.

A limited number of dorm rooms will also be available if you prefer to stay on campus. You can choose this option when registration for Reunion officially opens in March.

2009 Reunion Weekend Schedule

A preliminary schedule will be released online and by mail in March, when formal registration begins. To see what the weekend may offer, take a look at last year’s schedule. The general schedule is:

Friday, May 22	Arrivals WESeminars all day All-college dinner with tables reserved for the Class of 1969 Late-night Ecletic party featuring Wesleyan bands
Saturday, May 23	WESeminars Traditional Alumni Parade of Classes Annual Assembly All-college picnic Festival on Foss Hill 40^th Reunion reception and dinner Tent party on Andrus Field
Sunday, May 24	Brunch 177^th Commencement Ceremony Good-byes
