Save the date for our 40th Reunion, May 19–22, 2011

Throughout the year you will be able to check this page for updated information regarding the weekend’s events and logistical details—including who’s planning to be there, progress with our 40th Reunion Gift, class specific events and more.

The 40th Reunion Committee has already started planning, but we are looking for more volunteers. Class of 1971 40th Reunion Gift

In honor of our reunion, we are hoping to raise $150,000, through the Wesleyan Fund, to support the University’s highest priorities including financial aid. Click here to make your gift today!

Class Photo

Group photos of the class ’71 will be taken at the base of Denison Terrace (behind Olin Library) on Saturday, May 21. Alumni who pre-register for a photo in advance of the weekend will receive free shipping ($4 for unframed prints and $15 for framed prints). Please follow the 1971 link for this special savings. All are encouraged to browse through the Panfoto website where you can view earlier reunion photos along with special Wesleyan images—all for purchase.

2011 Reunion Weekend Schedule

A preliminary schedule will be released online in March, when formal registration begins. To see what the weekend may offer, take a look at last year’s schedule. The general outline of the schedule is as follows:

Traditional Alumni Parade and Annual Assembly
All-college picnic lunch and Festival on Foss Hill
40th Reunion reception and dinner
All-college sing followed by the tent party on Andrus Field
