Housing Preference Form for Continuing and Returning Students

Spring 2013

You should complete this housing preference form if you are a continuing student not living on campus for the fall 2012 semester and plan to return to campus housing for the spring 2013 semester. Please note that space is limited and assignments are based on space availbility. Point adjustments are not granted for md-year placement. You can complete this form any time until December 7, 2012.

Before you can be assigned to housing, you must read and accept the Housing Contract and acknowledge the Lead Paint Disclosure.
