Winter Break Housing/Early Return Form

Winter 2012

You may request to stay in your assignment during the Winter 2012 break (12/16/2012 - 1/22/2013) or to return to your assignment early by completing the following form. Please note that these housing requests are not guaranteed. The Office of Residential Life will review all requests and respond to each submission by December 7th. All requests are due by Thursday, November 29th.

If you plan on working on campus during the Winter Break period or need to return early to work, you must complete this form.

If you live in a wood frame house*, DO NOT fill out this application. Wood frame houses remain open during the winter break period, however you must register in order to do so. For more information, complete the wood frame winter break form.

*Please note that 15 Pearl Place, 65 Pearl, 1 Vine, 240 Court, Fauver Apartments and program houses are NOT considered wood frame houses.

Students who are studying abroad for the spring semester are not eligible to stay for winter break.
