Wood Frame House Winter Break Form

Winter 2012

Wood frame houses* will remain open during the winter break period (12/16/2012 - 1/22/2013). For safety and security reasons, it is important for you to indicate that you plan on occupying your wood frame house during the winter break. This information will be given to the appropriate offices for issues regarding lock outs, heat, and other facilities functions. EACH member of the house that plans on staying for winter break must complete this form.

*Please note that 15 Pearl Place, 65 Pearl, 1 Vine, 240 Court, Fauver Apartments and program houses are NOT considered wood frame houses. Students in these locations must submit an application to request an early return to campus.
