Because Alpha Delta Phi is not a Wesleyan property, living in the house requires different kinds of commitments. Along with owning the house, the residents of 185 High Street are responsible for maintaining the property and each resident helps to make it a pleasant experience. There are some stipulations to being a boarder in the House. As a boarder, you will be asked to leave the House several times a semester for a few hours. You will also be required to purchase a meal contract with the Star and Crescent Eating Club out of your points. Also, every resident is assigned two small cleaning jobs per week.
