Check-in / Check-out Process
graduate students will be able to move into their fall assignments on or after
Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Graduate students can check-in at the Office of
Residential Life between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday. Students anticipating an arrival past 5 p.m. or on a weekend day because
of travel plans must contact The Office of Residential Life so that the appropriate
arrangements can be made. Residential Life can be reached 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.,
Monday through Friday at 860-685-3550.
Graduate students who will not be attending
Wesleyan for the Fall 2013 semester must move out of their units by May 31,
2013 or request an extension (see information below).

3. Clean the unit (remove trash and recycling, vacuum and dust all rooms).
4. Return the keys to Amy Miller during Office hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday)
or if the office is closed, return the keys to the drop box located between North and South
College near the glass walkway on the High Street side of the buildings.
Graduate students who will not be attending Wesleyan for
Fall 2013 must move out of their units by May 31, 2013. By that date, students
must return their keys to the Office of Residential Life. Any requests for
lease extensions* must be submitted in writing to the Office of Residential
Life by May 1, 2013. Lease extentions will be reviewed on a case by case basis
and only in extreme circumstances will the Office permit students to extend
their lease past June 15, 2013. Students granted a lease extension must grant
Physical Plant access to their unit to evaluate and execute preparation for the
next tenant and pay the additional rent incurred.
