Graduate Housing Assistance for Residents

The Office of Residential Life (ResLife) will help you with your assignment and any questions/concerns involving roommates, neighbors, behavior, changing rooms, general help, etc.  The office provides a variety of functions including room assignments and room change request forms.  It also manages community issues in the graduate housing area.

Customer Service and Rental Properties will help you with all facilities and maintenance concerns.  One way to consider this is thinking of ResLife working with the programmatic efforts and supervision of graduate housing, while Rental Properties works with the facilities and maintenance aspects of housing.  Rental Properties is responsible for all maintenance issues related to graduate housing facilities and also coordinates faculty housing.
