The Alpha Delta Phi Society is a self-governing coeducational organization dedicated to cultivating character, scholarship, and enduring friendships. Our literary tradition fosters lifelong intellectual growth, mentoring, and achievement among our members.
Alpha Delta Phi is a privately owned residence in which students are permitted to live through the University’s program housing system. Residents will note a reduction of 60% of the total Residential Comprehensive Fee on their student account (which for 2016-2017 is $4185 for sophomores and $4757 for juniors and seniors). Residents are responsible for paying rent directly to Alpha Delta Phi. The housing cost for students on financial aid will be based upon the appropriate Residential Comprehensive Fee rate. Students should check with the organization regarding additional costs associated with living in the house before accepting an offer through the program housing selection system.
