Preference Form for 2011-2012 Housing

Various housing vacancies will occur throughout the summer. Students who want to change their housing assignment and students that did not receive housing are eligible to fill out this form, with the following stipulations:

If you participated in GRS, you may only preference a "better" type of housing (i.e. ResLife will not honor a request to move from one single-occupancy room to another; however, if you are in a double-occupancy room and would like a single-occupancy room, we will try to accommodate that request).
If you participated in GRS, ALL members of your GRS group must fill out this form if you want to move as a group.
While ResLife will make every attempt to move you into the housing of your choice, this can not be guaranteed.
You will be notified over the summer via e-mail if your indicated preferences will or will not be met. We will begin considering requests on May 23, 2011 and will continue to make assignments throughout the summer. Once your assignment has been changed, it will not be reconsidered.
After July 31, 2011 all preference forms from the 2011 General Room Selection are voided.

Before you can be assigned to housing, you must read and accept the Housing Contract.

If a room/unit has been identified that fits your preferences, you will automatically be placed in that room/unit. I would want to be notified by e-mail before being re-assigned (* By signifying "yes" that means that you will have two (2) business days to respond to the e-mail, otherwise the housing offer will be withdrawn and offered to someone else).:
