| Pull-In Form Information
The Office of Residential Life will soon begin evaluating
available space for the spring semester in order to house returning
students. It is possible that you may have a current housemate going
abroad or on leave for next semester and may want to pull-in a student for
the spring. Here is some information concerning this process:
- If you want to pull-in a person to fill a spring
vacancy in your unit, you must complete a Pull-in Form and return it to
the Office of Residential Life by November 30, 2009. The person
leaving campus cannot complete the form. Units that will be
completely empty for the spring semester are not eligible for anyone to
be pulled into.

- In order to be fair and equitable to all
students, only class-appropriate pull-ins are allowed. For
example, a sophomore cannot be pulled into a vacant room in a wood frame
house or apartment. This would most certainly mean that a returning junior or
senior would end up in that sophomore's space.
- If you have not identified a person to fill a
spring vacancy in your unit and have not contacted the Residential Life
Office by November 30, 2009 at 5:00pm, the Residential Life Office will
fill the vacancy with a returning student for the spring semester.

housing vacancies, please contact
Dawn Brown, Area Coordinator for Program Housing.
