Student Program Fund (SPF) Application

  • Applications are reviewed Mondays at 9am and should be submitted no later than 9am on Mondays.

  • Applications will not be considered retroactively nor any other day but Monday at 9am.

  • All applications are due at least 5 business days prior to the event.

NOTICE

According to state and federal tax laws, all employers (including Wesleyan University) are required to withhold or report taxes on any fees for services rendered by "performers" (i.e. DJs, musicians, speakers, sound technicians, etc.) Therefore, these parties MUST be paid directly by the WSA student organization or Student Activities and Leadership Development. If payment is made by student to performer, said student WILL NOT be reimbursed, as this is considered third party reimbursement.
